I would give mention to Hungary's THE UNBENDING TREES.
A marvellous lo-fi/chamber pop outfit from Budapest, they have just released an album on Strange Feeling (Ben Watt from Everything But The Girl's indie imprint) and co-incidentally have a beautiful ballad which features the velvet tones of Tracey Thorn. Overture is the single and is available on download and has an elegant and whimsical video to accompany. Well worth checking out!!
