Comment 19 is bordering on racist and as much as were all allowed our views and opinions i find yours to be most agrievous, grow up and learn some tollerance you narrow minded individual!!

42. Elizabeth -
I liked Turkey and Azerbaijan's entries. Jade did really well. We should've done something like this earlier on. Norway's entry was too CHEESY!

typical brit/english? touch of racism i beleive. i think jade did a great performance. she has talent which is more than i can say for most of the acts who perfomed last night. i dont think we had a winner though but am dead proud of her for her performance. I dont think Norway had a winner. personally i liked the Heh Heh song! thats all i can remember from it...so catchy lol...france...well she looked in pain and when she did that little dance at the end....no further comment!

well, im glad jade came 5th. and 1 thing, alexander can play the violin really well. the songs a good tune but i dont understand the lyrics, but im really happy jade came 5th.she deserved it.

Totally disappointed with the winning song. I heard others songs being much pleasing to my ears. Maybe it's just me or I notice too much bias and politics play a big factor in the deciding song.

A fairytale ending?
Voting changes appear to have worked (look at the top 5!)
@9 & 17 a rubbish song? Afraid you are in a minority there. Only ONE country didn't give Norway points and thats because they couldn't! 16 votes for top song, 9 for 2nd and 10 votes for 3 amounts to a record points total. Wasn't my particular favorite but clearly appealed to the vast majority of Europe.

UK Win??????? Simply because lloyd weber orchestrated it for them?? No freaking way!!! They did not even deserve the 5th they took. Talent, they aint got and its abt time they realize

hmmm as the only act to perform all the music and lyrics live i think the uk should have had a higher ranking score...the score system for the eurovision still a joke, not giving the 12 points to the people you thought performed the best, but rather your neighbouring countries...look at the scandinavian lot and moldova/romania...

the norwegian song was dribble...there were many acts that performed better i thought, and with better songs and lyrics, but as some1 else on here has mentioned, their song had an eastern european folk sound to it...shame they couldnt perform music and lyrics at the same time

as for the negative comments on here about the uk...go post on another countries forum if you arent happy with things over here...

I totally disagree with post 19 - i dont think us brits have the right to win everything (and when do we win everything - football? rugby? tennis? etc) we just have suffered in recent years due to political voting and quite frankly dire entries. This year we deserved our 5th place and anyone that grumbles about being 5th should remember last years 1 point! Norways song was catchy and fun (and the dancing wasnt press ups!) and thats what the contest is about

49. Marylou -
Its true that political voting is still going on to some extent, but to be fair, this year all the top ranking spots were taken by really good songs. I feel bad for Malta, it was a shame that they came so far down the list, but what can u do, there can only be one winner and someone has to be at the bottom. At least they made it to the fianal and therefore if they came 22nd out of 42, that/s not bad at all

50. Banko Boy -
Still think we would of Done Better with the "Twins" if they could of held there Bottle..

Half the enjoyment of Eurovision is to poke fun at the other contestants, I'm sure their countries do the same to us. We're allowed to wish we had won, and if we're so 'talentless'' no. 19 how come we came 5th out of 42 entries?

52. MAXINE -
jade had being going round country after county plugging her song how much did that cost, and how many vote would she have got if she hadn't.

i liked our song :) i didnt see the point of russias song though , it just had an lady in the background who then went old ?? i think simon cowel should do our song next year. i listened to norways song in the car and it sounded rubbish, but i think most people voted because of the freaky men on the floor!!

54. shirley -
well done jade, good luck for the future,
whoever u r, slagging the brits, go to hell!!!

55. HILARY -
If Jade and Andrew hadn't gone on their 'begging' tour we would never had come 5th. The song was for a musical and not eurovision. If Gary Barlow writes our entry next year then we would have a real chance of winning. Well done Graham you did a good job!

56. Corxin L -
Graham Snorton is a tw@t. He should be axed from any future eurovision programmes. He has zero wit and seems to spend his time passing [profane]y comments that are widely off the mark. At least Terry Wig-on had the intelligence to back up his sarcasm. Graham seems likes a bitter queen, when in fact he's a bit old queen.

57. RhydianL -
Oh for god's sake! This winner sings flat! And the only reason so many bloody people voted for him is because he looks good!

58. WARREN -
Siince jade missed two notes-nearly walked into the violinist and was clearly uncomfortable with the stage I am surprised she got where she did. Norway was clearly the soft option for the eastern block- whatch the return to old from next year and Iceland had the presence/grace and a musically superior song. Yep It's euroversion.

59. flowerewe83 -
Really awesome song, and the violin playing is fantastic. He deserves the winning:~)

60. Banko Boy -
Still think we would of Got more Votes with the "Twins" performing ... I prefered there version in the Heats anyhow.!
