Jackson Rehersal Footage

Posted Fri 3 Jul 2009 9:52AM BST by Mitch Carter in The Guestlist
Footage of Michael Jackson rehearsal from 'This Is It' tour has been released by concert promoter AEG.

This footage was shot at the LA Staples centre just two days before he died.

The singer appears to be in good physical shape, engaging in some complex and energetic dance routines.

What do you think of the footage? Does this finally dispel rumours about Jackson's poor health or is it a carefully staged release from AEG?

as soon i saw him on stage i got goose bumps all over ! It's sad that he was that alive just 36 hours before his death .If he is dead, which I am beginning to believe he is , it's such a shame that we have lost a great performer and entertainer but if he is not , this is just carefully plotted saga to get him out of his debt . Still , I 'm quite sad there won't be any more of those blood-rushing moves from him .

Michael was never given full credit while he was on earth and I have always felt that - I think we are all responsible for the sudden death of this legend; I never believed the allegations from the vultures that preyed on him for millions of money, and we all witnessed the world press rip him apart and stayed silence.
Most of the celebrities saying good stuff about him now mocked him and didnt want to be associated with him when he was alive (such a shame), and shame on all those who listened to his music and owned a copy of his album and denied that they liked him. Its a sad, sad situation. God bless you Michael - you are a legend, an icon, no other soul can ever fill in your shoes and have thesame impact that you did. Much love.

Difficult to tell,he looks quite well 'Padded' for an anorexic...but his face looks gaunt...he was under a LOT of pressure, from media, and that women who was sueing him for ~ALL his tour money....some people don't know when to stop putting pressure on,and sometimes it all becomes too much. God bless you Micheal...rest well...and party in heaven where no-one can comment....love and miss you

loved the video. I think Michael was brilliant. Still cant believe he has gone. I saw him in 1983 a brilliant concert. A genius lost never to be replaced. I am not supprised he was a little slower in his video he was 50.He looked at peace in his video in his comfort zone.Truely amazing.RIP Michael so sad your gone.

I think there is something fishy about his death. Why did the doctor left his car and fled the scene following the certification of his death at the emergency room. Why did he not want him to be certified dead at home.

He was doing his normal dancing, if he was sick how come he danced so hard. It could had been much earier for him to sing without dancing hard. Well MJ was well to me.
Maybe it was time for him to go R.I.P
We miss u.

I was quite sad to see the last rehersal of michaels shows I think he looks awful and under real pressure he had a lot to prove just a step too far for him , may he rest in peace, there will never be another artist like him.

i think a lot of lessons are to be leard from this. he didnt need all that stress at his age. i retired by my midle 40 s and now take it easy . he could have done that. he could have still recorded an album now and again. or helped other people . you.ve got to know when to stop.or at least slow down.
