This is the problem with this society today! I do not understand why a self-confessed, anorexic public substance abuser like Amy Winehouse should have her waxwork at Madame Tussauds. If these are the kind of individuals that this society is parading as role models, then we are in more trouble than we think. I for one shall not be forking out for a family entry ticket to Madame Tussauds to show my children the likes of Amy Winehouse. Besides, what kind of parents has she got? They should be focusing on getting her some serious help instead of trying to soak up every minute of fame they can get.

Well everyone deserves a nother chance right and im sure if this was ur child and she went through the same thing, you would be willing to give them another chance. ? x Its really good x

43. Tricia -
yeah it looks like her but does she really deserve it?

44. Leanne -
I think you are all being a bit harsh. Theres no denying that she has talent.

She shouldn't be given that respect till she respects herself.

46. Mazzer -
I think this is disgraceful! If any singer deserves a waxwork figure, it has to be MIKA! That awesome young man has worked his butt off, with no help from anyone, and is now playing to packed stadiums! This doesn't count, of course, because he's a hardworking man who doesn't take drugs and drink to excess. Why do people keep honouring this disgraceful woman, who is no kind of decent role model?

Yes, she has a talent, but so do many more unemployed geniuses out there. Why she gets away and has gotten away with so much is beyond me. She is a dirty mess, who does not deserve the fame and fortune she has. At the Nelson Mandela concert she was an embarrassment, how can people say she was good and back on form?

I can't believe they've wasted all that wax & effort for a junkie! Yeh she has a good voice but thats it! How am i to tell ma 9yr old who likes her music that she's doped up to her eyeballs on drugs? Sorry sweetheart your forbidden to listen to Little miss junkie because she's not a good role model for u & she's out her face 24/7! I'm totally disgusted! Someone give the poor girl a bath! Atleast with the wax model we can see what she would look like, with a wash & without the drugs!

She may well be talented, but with that talent also comes the baggage.
She is undoubtedly also a figure a lot of girls aspire to be, and for that reason does not make a good role model for aspirations of 'fame'.
I'm not saying we should al be worshipping at the alter of Cliff Richard (no thank yew!!), but I am with a lot of others here, she should not be at Tussauds.

It would be more to the point, for those who are leaving such nasty comments, to remember her good times, the great talent she is and the pleasure she has given to so many. I just hope that she will get through her emotional hard times, learning from her experience. Try and get yourself together Amy, for Blake and yourself - he will not get straight without your help. You have to be the strong one here! The world of Music would be a much poorer place without you.

Has the world gone mad. What will the next waxwork be - the latest person guilty of a knife offence?

What is all your peoples problems, She's not a role model to be displayed in Madame Tussauds?? The have waxworks of the beatles, who lets be fair were pretty drugged up most of if not all the time. And then theres Elvis, who was also on drugs and was obease and binged on fatty food, Yep good role model there. Theres also Michal Jackson, just who you want your son and daughter to take after, Then theres Two Pack, Wow yeah guns and drive byes for the win.

And heres my favorate Ozzy Osbourne, Words can't describe how crap your arguements are for her not to be in there when Ozzy is, He was talented yes but he was also a rageing drunk, He was banned from a contry for taking a leak on a holy statue FFS and he bit the head off a live bat ha So if Amie Winehouse is the only person in there you have a problem with and you think your kids should look up to the others, I'd put them up for adoption if I were you.

53. Shelley -
Dont you think its high time that the parents of these children who aspire to be like drug addicts actually took the blame for their childrens low aspirations??
Drugs have been apart of the rock n roll life style since day one. I think it is completely unfair to blame non eating drug taking habits of children on people like Amy Winehouse.
She like everyone else is entitled to live her life the way she wants.
Its her talented that has inspired a wax work.

54. Paul -
Her legs and arse are nowhere near as well defined as that waxwork depiction, in real life. The sculpture is not nearly painfully thin enough.
Arguments about role models aside, she's got a great studio voice, but she is garbage live. Her band carry her 100%.

55. Yahoo! Music User -
the lifestyle goes with the industry?? Well, thats alright then....Give me a break!
We arent naive, we all know what the industry is like but to glamourise such behaviour makes you question WTF are they thinking?!

56. Zaren -
The wax version looks waaaaay to clean. Shame...

57. Caroline -
any of you pathetic morons who think shes rubbish should not be listening to music instead you should be trying to find the nearest car to run under......

58. D R -
I must admit that I do like the stuff she belts out but not the stuff she consumes.

She is a very poor role model for the young ones and the media glorifies every scummy corner of her life.

The wax dummy depicts Amy when she was drug free and healthy.

What a shame and a waste.

NO! NO! NO!
