New Girls Aloud Video

After a tumultuous year that has seen Cheryl engulfed in tabloid scandal it hardly seems like Girls Aloud have been away. In fact it was only a year ago that the merits of their then new album Tangled Up was being debated in these very pages.

Nevertheless, none of this make the release of their new album any less exciting. Their fifth disc Out of Control is expected to be released within the next month, with the single The Promise leading the charge.

Oh dear, if this is the sort of tripe that was around when the Beatles first hit the scene there is little wonder they were seen as a breath of fresh air in a stale and stagnant music scene. This is so lame it should be claiming Incapacity Benefit.

Girls Aloud is the best band ever and mostly their songs r so BRILLIANT ! However, I'm disapointed with The Promise because its not their best and just reminds me of Sheila's wheels a little bit. Mind u, all thier other songs r so brilliant and at least there bringing out new songs. I guess there is worse songs than this.

I THOUGHT THEY COULD HAVE DONE BETTER. NOT VERY CATCHY LIKE THERE OTHER SONGS, BUT IT WILL GROW ON ME. HOPE NEXT SONG OUT WILL BE JUST AS GOOD AS THEIR PREVIOUS.

i like the look of the video, but im not so keen on the song. if this is whats mainly on the album i defo wont be getting it. prefer when they do catchy songs with good beats to it.

Fantastic video. Very retro and a very catchy tune. The best video they have done by miles. This is heading straight for number one.
