The gloves are off in an epic chart battle which sees X Factor winner Leon Jackson going head to head with comedian Peter Kay in the race to the top of the singles chart. Leon's single Don't Call This Love is up against Peter Kay's X-Factor send-up, The Winner's Song, written by Gary Barlow.
According to reports, this week's running is extremely tight, with pop superstar Pink also in the frame to retain her current no.1 ‘Who Knew'. It is thought that there are only a few hundred sales separating the three acts.

Leon told the Daily Star: "My single has gone up to No 2 in the midweek charts. I'm so proud. If it stays in that position come Sunday I'll crack open the Irn-Bru and do a little dance around the living room."
Peter Kay and Gary Barlow are also set to release a Chrismas single, Once Upon A Christmas Song, going head to head with the X-Factor once again.

One is a cheap crap novelty record and the other is conveyor belt driven rubbish. The Day the music died is the day that other of these recordings are confused with being music.
How undemanding and easy to please people are becoming is quite disturbing.
You are worthy of better and should demand better.
