Kylie’s Pants Make History

Entitled "Proof", the controversial commercial, which was banned from TV, sees the Aussie sauce-pot riding a red velvet rodeo bull in some fairly flimsy and revealing lingerie, while The Hives thrash along in a hot and sweaty fashion in the background. Kylie's delectable display has won a public vote carried out by the big screen advertising sales house Digital Cinema Media (DCM), seeing off competition from the likes of the Guinness "Surfer" (soundtracked by Leftfield) and Sony's "Balls" (music by Jose Gonzales) adverts to top the poll.
Truly, it is a fine piece of work, as Fleur Castell, spokeswoman for DCM, confirmed: "Cinema is about engaging and entertaining the audience, and this ad pulls off both elements perfectly in a fun and cheeky way." Speaking about the award, Steve Reeves, who directed the clip, explained: "Creatives Mick Mahoney and Andy Amadeo came up with a spot that was not only specifically written for the cinema, but was also very very sexy and funny, a rare combination." As for Kylie, she used the ad to promote "the most erotic lingerie in the world" and also cement her status as a pop icon everyone wanted to (ahem) get behind. Job done, then.

IF THERE IS LIFE AFTER DEATH,I WOULD LIKE TO COME BACK AS YOUR UNDIES.
