In her very brief time as a celebrity, we've pretty much seen everything Lady Gaga has to offer. Or at least that's what you might have thought, judging by her tiny outfits and big gob. Well, for her next move, she will hit international newsstands virtually naked, following a recent Rolling Stone photo shoot. The cover (pictured) was shot by David LaChapelle and sees the frizzy-haired pop handful wearing only bubbles and walking in the same iconic footsteps as fellow former nude cover stars Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears and Janet Jackson. Of course, there's more to come.

The video to new single "Paparazzi" is equally controversial. Addressing the hot topic of the press pack who stalk her every move, the mini-film was directed by Jonas Akerlund, who also put together The Prodigy's infamous "Smack My Bitch Up". Apparently he refused Gaga's attempt to recreate scenes from Paris tunnel crash which killed Princess Diana and Dodi Al Fayed in 1997. That's not to say she isn't very proud of the clip and its dual themes of porn and murder. "It has a real, genuine, powerful message about fame-whoring and death and the demise of the celebrity, and what that does to young people", explains Gaga.
