Madonna has done a lot of things with her famous breasts over the years but she's never made them blow up before. Not at a gig anyway. So all props to Lady Gaga, who shot even more momentum into her growing reputation as a pop star like few others at the Much Music Video Awards in Toronto earlier this week. Arriving at the lavish ceremony, she assured reporters and fans they could expect an explosive display and Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta did not disappoint.

"I go all out for every performance...I give fans something they've really earned", she explained, arriving in the MMVA press room in a golden corset-dress and gold nails. After her performance, which, as you can see below, concluded in a firework display bursting out of her chest, Gaga picked up a gong, telling the crowd. "Canada is so special for me. Canada was my first Number One record. My first boyfriend was from Toronto. Now my first award." Something tells Famethrowa that it probably won't be her last...
