“I’m Bringing Leotards Sexyback!”

It's been pretty quiet in the world of Justin Timberlake in recent months. Having redefined 21st century pop music back in 2006 with the, at times, truly outstanding "FutureSexLoveSounds" album, most of us would probably be happy to stay at home, play a spot of golf and perhaps work on our short game with Jessica Biel. But it seems such a lazy, idyllic notion wouldn't occur to his chart rival and non-stop, all-terrain fame machine Kanye West.Last week, the rapper limbered-up for his latest unlicensed bout with a member of the paparazzi by proclaiming himself "the voice of this generation". Kanye's garbage-fuelled lecture to the Associated Press went on to address his King Of The Whole World standing and the lowly ranks of his music foes. "There were people who had the potential to do it but they went on vacation, so when Justin went on vacation I made albums. And it just came out to be that", he dismissively explained to the yawning world.
What West doesn't realise is that Timberlake has had far more pressing projects to concern himself with lately, much more significant than "vacation", trifling albums and galaxy-eating, day-glo gigs in massive houses. This weekend he starred alongside Beyonce on the US comedy show "Saturday Night Live", assisting her crusade to see the leotard reinstated as super fashionable and very necessary street/home wear. Their parody of the "Single Ladies" promo is below and is very funny indeed. In fact, Famethrowa can pretty much guarantee there's more entertainment in these five minutes than in the whole of West's upcoming "808s And Heatrbreak" opus.
